2010 Fall Anime post
So I decided to do one of these for some of the new animes I have watched this fall.
First off,
Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt
Now, I'm a little biased because I love Studio Gainax but I really love this anime. It's something fresh and new and I love the characters that have shown up so far.
I also love that it is a mix of an American cartoon and a Japanese anime. Like someone on /a/ said "This is what happens when Japan does an American cartoon and it's awesome!" It is also one of the most interesting and crazy animes that Gainax has done since FLCL. It may turn out to be more wackier than that.
It's not a show for everyone and you will realize if you like this show or not in the first 5 minutes of watching this.
Star Driver
What can I say about Star Driver?
I love Mecha anime and that is what drew me to it at first and I didn't know what to expect.
It blew my mind. This anime is so bright and vivid and fabulous!
At first the main character annoyed me with his over enthusiasm but when he did that magical girl-esque transformation sequence, along with the mechs that appeared, he captured my heart and I now have a secondary anime to watch this fall and winter season. Also, the mysterious plot with this cult also caught my eye and I can't wait until more about this is revealed.
The World God Only Knows
I broke my rule of reading the manga or other source material first before watched the animated adaptation but I saw the PV of this anime and I wanted to check it out.
This is about an otaku named Katsuragi Keima who is the 'god of getting girls in dating sim games' but is a complete dork in real life and other girls pay him no mind. He unexpectedly, due to his own arrogance, signs a hell contract and now has to help a cute little girl demon named Elsee capture loose spirits that have manifested into the hearts of the girls in his school, or he looses his head. The only way for him to do that is for them to open their hearts to him and sorta fall in love with him. Keima uses dating sim knowledge in a hilarious way to try to win the girls' hearts so he and Elsee can seal the spirit away.
It may seems like an harem anime but (highlight for spoilers): after the demons leave the girls' hearts, they don't remember him or any of the things he did to have them fall in love with him. Keima himself says that it is better this way.
Like with Panty and Stocking, this is a love it or hate it show but it is really cute anime.

Angel Hair Pasta and Egg Noodle Mix!
Here's a fun and easy dish!
Ingredients Note: This is the directions for just one person.
7 oz of Angel Hair Pasta
1 cup of Egg Noodles
1 cup of Tomato Marinra Sauce or Tomato Pasta Sauce will work (Add more sauce if you want.)
1 tablespoon of Butter or Olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of Chopped Garlic(Optional)
Various herbs (Try anything you think will work)
Directions
Boil the pasta and noodles together and according the box directions.
While the pasta and noodles are boiling, heat the tomato sauce on Medium to Medium high. Don't let it burn! After two minutes or so, add the herbs (I used Italian Seasoning) and chopped garlic. Stir in well. Once it is stirred in well, take it off the heat.
Once the pasta and noodles are done, drain it and then put them back into the pot.
Add a little butter or olive oil to the pasta/noodle mix. Stir.
Finally, add the tomato sauce to the pasta/noodle mix and stir in well.
Serve with garlic bread if you want.
